Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ArtoMark receives through this website, how it is used and the choices you have.

Who we are

ArtoMark is an independent branding and marketing studio founded by Tanushri Gawade, based in Berlin, Germany. ArtoMark is responsible for the personal data handled through this website. For any privacy question, write to tanushrigawade@gmail.com.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, business name and the message you write. We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or any special category data through this site.

How we use your information

Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, to discuss a possible project, to prepare a proposal and to keep a record of our conversation. We never sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for marketing.

Where your data is stored

Contact submissions are stored in our hosted database and are also sent to us by email through our transactional email provider so we can respond. Access is limited to Tanushri Gawade and anyone directly assisting on your project.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your own browser and never leaves your device. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and reliability.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and, if we work together, for the duration of the project plus the period required for tax and accounting records. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted once they are no longer relevant.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our use of it. Email tanushrigawade@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Client project material

Files, brand assets and briefs you share during a project are treated as confidential and used only to deliver the agreed work. We show finished work in our portfolio only when the client agrees, as set out in our terms.
